  1. Meet your Coach
  2. Discuss past accomplishments
  3. Discuss present fitness
  4. Discuss fitness goals
  5. Discuss training availability
  6. Schedule date for threshold testing
  7. Set up a TrainingPeaks account
  8. Train and race according to the programs designed by your coach
