Get the personalized coaching plan that’s right for you. CPP Coaching offers a full-line of coaching plans to suit your needs. Each plan incorporates CPP’s unique data-based methods.

We customize your plan according to the following criteria:

  • training availability
  • goals
  • strengths and weaknesses

Choose from one of 3 plans:

The Silver Plan: for athletes with limited time, but who need to make the most of their workouts.

The Silver Coaching Plan is designed for athlete on the go who wants to make the most of his training week. Here’s how it works. You get:

  • An initial meeting with a CPP coach
  • A TrainingPeaks® account
  • An initial power-based fitness test
  • A 3-, 6-, or 12-month training plan based on your fitness and availability
  • A custom training plan, uploaded to your TrainingPeaks® account

You and your coach can now start working on your goals. You will benefit from years of expert coaching and a scientific training plan that is second to none.

The Gold Plan: designed for athletes who already have a training plan, but would like to have their fitness tracked using our data-based methods.

The Gold Coaching Plan is designed for athlete who needs data-based coaching, but already has his/her own coaching plan. You get:

  • An initial meeting with a CPP coach
  • A TrainingPeaks® account
  • An initial power-based fitness test
  • A 3-, 6-, or 12-month training plan based on your fitness and availability
  • A custom training plan, uploaded to your TrainingPeaks® account
  • A full data-based version of the TrainingPeaks® dashboard, with access to your training data at all times
  • Regular reviews of your performance using cutting edge WKO+® software, featuring the Performance Management Chart®

The Elite Plan: an all-out coaching plan for athletes who want the most out of their workouts.

The Elite Coaching Plan is designed for all-out athlete. This is the ultimate coaching experience — just add sweat!

You get:

  • An initial meeting with a CPP coach
  • A TrainingPeaks Professional® account
  • Regular power-based fitness tests
  • A 3-, 6-, or 12-month training plan based on your fitness and availability
  • A custom training plan, uploaded to your TrainingPeaks® account weekly
  • A full data-based version of the TrainingPeaks® dashboard, with access to your training data at all times

  • Regular reviews of your performance using cutting edge WKO+® software, featuring the Performance Management Chart®
  • Unlimited access to a CP coaching professional
  • Customized race and taper macro planning via CPP’s unique Year Planner® software
