Without Gil, I never would have had an Ironman dream.

As a friend, he was there for me all the whole time. Whether it was to massage (and hurt!) my leg, or to lend me equipment, or to feed me a beer... he was always there for me. As a coach, he gave me the best technical

support possible. His encouragement was magical!

Thank you Gil, for giving me an experience of a lifetime.
