Cheryl

Since I started hanging around Gilbert and his highly trained group of like minded triathletes; many wonderful things have started happening.

Here are a few....

  • I have become interested in achieving athletic goals
  • I look forward to setting up my specific training plans
  • I enjoy the company of my “new found” training partners
  • I have benefited from many tips for technique improvements in all three sports
  • Nutritional information has been shared
  • I am experiencing increased endurance and strength
  • Also, some weight loss...every woman’s dream, need I say more!

But most importantly I feel as if I am becoming part of a family; a like minded group of fun loving, goal setting, highly disciplined, humorous, athletically talented, and seriously determined individuals. At 50 years of age, I was most surprised to learn that there exists, right here in Montreal, such a kind and gentle man named, Gilbert Ayoub, (aka: the pied piper) who attracts a wonderful group of people who are interested in not only staying healthy, but pushing their physical and mental limits, albeit safely, in all directions! Not only does the multi-talented Gilbert lead by example, he sets up individual training plans taking into account overtraining and sickness.

I look forward to the new facility opening and truly becoming a more active member of this extremely engaging group!

Athletically yours,

Cheryl
